Meet Hunter Brown

Hunter Brown, originally from Prattville, Alabama, is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned his Political Science degree Summa Cum Laude in 2013. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2016.


Hunter began his legal career in Washington, D.C., serving as Legislative Counsel to Senator Jeff Sessions on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and later as an Attorney Advisor with the Department of Justice. After returning to Tuscaloosa, he served as an Assistant District Attorney under DA Hays Webb, prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases—from misdemeanors to murder.


Today, Hunter’s private practice focuses on criminal defense, including DUI, drug offenses, college-related charges, and serious felonies, as well as personal injury, auto accidents, and wrongful death cases. He represents clients in all state and municipal courts across Tuscaloosa County and West Alabama.


A member of the Tuscaloosa County and Alabama State Bar Associations, Hunter is committed to delivering skilled, honest, and client-focused representation.
